Realsite.shop is not liable for any modification, price change, service discontinuation, or temporary unavailability of any service or payment method. Orders placed before a price change are charged at the rate shown at the time of placement.
Realsite.shop offers 4,300+ SMM services across multiple platforms and categories. Service names, descriptions, minimum/maximum quantities, estimated start times, speeds, and refill periods are shown on the Services page and in each service listing at the time you place an order.
All orders are subject to provider availability and correct order details. You are responsible for submitting the correct link, username, quantity, and service ID. Orders placed on private accounts, incorrect links, or duplicate active orders on the same target may fail and may not qualify for a refund.
Do not use multiple providers on the same link simultaneously. Running Realsite.shop services on the same target at the same time as another panel can disrupt delivery, void guarantees, and disqualify orders from refills or refunds.
Many services include refill protection for a specified period (shown in the service name, e.g. [r30] for 30 days). Refills are subject to provider availability and are not guaranteed after the refill period expires. Social platform clean-ups and algorithm changes can cause drops beyond our control.
Realsite.shop does not guarantee permanent retention of followers, likes, views, or other metrics. We do not warrant uninterrupted delivery, exact completion times, or specific ranking or monetization outcomes on any platform.
Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Realsite.shop disclaims all warranties regarding service results, uptime of third-party providers, and fitness for a particular purpose.
You agree to provide accurate, current account and contact information, including a valid email address. Keep your login details secure and notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
Accepted payment methods include cryptocurrency via Cryptomus (BTC, ETH, USDT, and more), manual USDT deposit, Payoneer, and credit/debit card via Stripe. Payment availability may vary by region. PayPal is not supported.
All deposits are added to your Realsite.shop account balance. By completing a payment, you agree not to file a payment dispute, chargeback, or reversal against us except where required by applicable law and after contacting our support team first.
Filing a dispute or chargeback after a deposit may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of pending orders, reversal of completed benefits, and permanent termination. See our Refund Policy below for eligible refund situations.
We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel orders or deposits that appear fraudulent, abusive, or high-risk. In the event of a billing error, we may correct it or cancel the affected transaction.

Realsite.shop balance is intended for purchasing SMM services on our platform. Please review service descriptions carefully before placing an order.
Order refunds (account credit): If an order does not start within the estimated start window shown in the service description (typically 3–5 days depending on service and quantity), you may be eligible for a refund to your Realsite.shop balance. Open a support ticket with your order ID.
Non-refundable situations include, but are not limited to: orders placed with an incorrect link or username; orders on private or restricted accounts; orders cancelled after delivery has started; orders affected by simultaneous use of another provider on the same target; and orders that exceed stated maximums or service limits.
Balance refunds (to original payment method): If you wish to withdraw unused balance to your original payment method, contact support@realsite.shop or open a ticket. Due to payment processing costs and fraud prevention, balance refunds may require identity verification and can result in permanent account closure unless a valid reason is provided.
Chargebacks and disputes: By depositing funds, you agree not to file a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting our support team. Unauthorized disputes may result in permanent account termination and reversal of associated orders.
Refill requests must be submitted within the service’s stated refill period using the refill button where available, or via support ticket. Refills are subject to provider availability and are not guaranteed after the refill window expires.
